Bear Crawl Kickthrough

  • Start in a pushup position, with knees flexed to a 90 degree angle beneath your hips and your weight on your toes. Do not allow your lower back to raise, and activate your core strongly.
  • Hold your core th entire time. Rotate your body to the right, bringing your left knee to your right elbow, with leave your right leg and left hand on the floor.
  • Come back to all fours on the ground, then switch to the other side and repeat.
