Box Jump

  • Stand ready facing the box with your feet hip distance apart. Begin the movement by bending your knees and pushing back with your hips and you swing your arms behind you.
  • Jump up pushing your feet off the floor to land onto the box, landing in a half squat to absorb the impact. Then stand tall on the box before steping down one foot by one.
