Bulgarian Split Squat

  • Stand in front of a bench, placing your right foot resting on the bench behind you.
  • Keep your feet about shoulder width apart and activate your core. Your back foot is to help your balance only.
  • Look forward and bend your left knee until your perform a full squat on this leg then press your leg up as you exhale. Make sure you do the same number of reps on either side.
