Dead Bug

  • Lay on your back with your arms reaching to the sky and with legs bent up at a 90degree angle.
  • Straighten your left leg as you lower your right arm to the floor above your head, then bring them back to the starting position, then repeat on the opposite sides.
  • Engage your core, pressing your lower back into the ground through the entire exercise.
