High Boat to Low Boat

  • Start sitting on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat.
  • Lean back so your spine is at 45 degrees, straightening your legs and arms our in front into a v-sit.
  • Activate your core, lowering your back and legs a few inches into a canoe shape.
  • With your next breath, exhale, pulling up back into the v-sit. Repeat
