One Legged Burpee Skater

  • Begin by standing on your right side, with your right foot on the floor with your left leg in the air, then skate jump to your left, planting your left foot and then keeping your right leg in the air.
  • Drop your hands down to the ground as you jump your left leg back into a single leg plan position, as your right foot remains in the air.
  • Jump up and hop onto your right foot with your left leg remaining in the air.
  • Again drop down onto your hands, jumping your right leg back and then back forward as your left leg remains in the air.
  • Jump back to the starting position, stand up then repeat
