Plank Toe Taps

  • Get your heart rate up with this great toe tap exercise!
  • Begin in the plank position, arms outstretched with hands shoulder width apart. Activate your core.
  • Lift one of your feet and perform the toe tap on the floor 12 inches to the side, then return to the centre, repeat with the other foot. Continue.
