Prisoner Get Up

  • Begin lying flat with your back on the ground, your hands placed behind your head.
  • Bend your knees. Keeping your feet on the floor. Activating your core, bring your upper body forwards, hinging at your hips and then pushing up through your feet so you stand, using only your lefts. Return to your stating position and repeat.
