Push Up

  • Begin in a push up position, hands shoulder width apart, feet hip width apart. Make a straight line from head to toe with your body, activating your core, and maintain this straight line through the whole exercise.
  • Slowly bend your elbows, lowering yourself until your chest nearly touches the floor. Push up through your hands to the starting position, avoiding locking your elbows. Repeat.
