Side To Side Squat

  • Begin standing, feet together. Step your right foot out to the right, bending your knees into a squat position. As you stand up out of the squat on the right, jump your right foot back to the centre, and then move your left foot out to the left side to perform another squat. Jump your left foot back to the centre, and repeat.
