Speed Skater

  • Begin by standing with your feet 6 inches apart, with your arms by your sides
  • Bring one of your legs behind the other to form a reverse lunge, with your front knee bending to 90 degrees.
  • Swing your arms in front of your bent knee and then jump your back leg forwards, switching sides in a ‘skating’ action.
  • Arms switch from side to side as a speed skater does. Repeat.
