Wood Chop

  • Begin standing ready to sink into the lunge position, with your right leg in front and your arms outstretched.
  • Bend into the lunge, as you are doing so twist your torso and arms to your left side in a “woodchop” motion. Fluidly return to the starting position. Switch sides halfway through your rep.
